Summary: Buffy attempts to bring Spike back, but doesn't get what she bargained for.
Author's Notes: I've always wanted to write a Buffy/William fic. I think it would be interesting to explore who Spike was before, and the man inside of him. Plus it's hard to find any good William fics. But this is very much about Spike, his relationships, and the man inside of the monster. I hope that even if you don't normally read William fics, you give this story a chance.
