Eurydice is the best Spuffy author on the net. Period. Her characterization is dead on, her storylines are complex, creative and believable, her perception of Spike and Buffy's connection creates characters you care about and cheer for, and her writing style is exciting beautiful. Everything I've read by Eurydice has been of the highest quality, but By Rook or Crook is far and away her best, and unquestionably my favorite online novel. I've read it many times, and I'm convinced that it's one of those staples you go back and read when you need to convince yourself that great writers are still out there. It's a crime that these are not published.

your writing is of an incredible quality. why are you writing spuffy fics? you should be writing novels! your story is brilliant, by the way. this scenario fits the character of spike well and you can see the similarites between this spike and the vampire spike. this is fantastic stuff! i can't wait to read more.
