Wow. This story was so great in so many ways. I laughed, I got teary and this bit was so powerful and emotional 'But it was what she had, and so she had come here, not even thinking past the moment when she could sit on the ground and place her cheek against the coldness that was all she had, maybe all she had in the whole world now that everything had fallen so completely apart'. You really do have so much talent, I hope you update this story soon! Thanks for sharing it.
